First few pages are brittle and chipped at edges. Frontispiece at beginning is ripped at top about half way down. Thin page after frontispiece is heavily ripped. Page 21 has small hole in middle. Some pages have rips and chips at edges, some pages have small pen markings. Binding is tight. Pages are age toned. No dust jacket. Pictures available upon request. Poor. Item #048399
